Whether it’s a wedding, a business grand opening, a political rally, or a military band tattoo, Richard McGuire has the skills to tell the story in photographs.

In event photography, it’s not enough for a photographer to be technically good. The photographer must understand how the event will unfold, and be good at moving around to get the right photograph at the right time. Richard draws on his previous experience as a photojournalist to move around at an event and take the shots that will tell the story.

Events may be as simple as taking photos at a short public speaking event, or as complex as covering an event over four days with with hundreds of performers and thousands of attendees. Richard has done both.

When an event requires multiple photographers, Richard will choose from his network of photographer contacts the right team for the event to deliver the best images.

Prices vary considerably depending on the length and complexity of the event, the number of photographers required, the equipment needed, and the number of photos and their format that the client requires. A consultation is always free.
